Just off the N2 Highway, it is located ten minutes away from the Gonubie beachfront and also ten minutes from central East London, making it the ideal stopover. Conveniently located and easily accessible, yet peaceful and secure, it is an ideal home away from home for the business traveler wanting privacy and space, or for the family on the travels or looking for a getaway away from home. The home is a compact, two bedroomed, single bathroom unit, with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and counter-top dining area. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom two singles, and thus easily accommodates a family of four or a party of four adults travelling together. The patio is spacious, and comes with outdoor seating and its own braai/barbeque. The host lives elsewhere on the same Estate, and is typically available and just a phone call away should any problems arise. Please note that with the establishment based on a private Estate, it is not easily accessible to heavy commercial vehicles.

The Highway Community Estate is a 14-hectare green oasis alongside the N2 and in one of the growth nodes of the city. As such it is conveniently situated and easily accessible. Gonubie beach is 8km's away. Hemingways Regional Mall is 10kms away along the N2. Most conveniences are even closer, and within a 5km radius you'll find two strip-malls, several restaurants, takeaways and tea gardens. The likes of OK Foods, Spar and Pick 'n Pay, filling stations, liquor outlets and a dry cleaner are all literally all 5-10 minutes away.
