Anchored in Plett, is a 3 bedroom apartment located in the desirable Santini Village, Plettenberg Bay and only a 5-minute drive to the beach and CBD. This spacious 122 square meters three Bedroom, two Bathroom Apartment is the perfect combination of space, comfort and convenience, sleeping a maximum of 6 guests in two rooms with double beds and one room that has 2 single beds. Fitted with a new kitchen countertop gas hob and an electric oven, you'll enjoy a modern and well-appointed space. The apartment is furnished, with outside patio furniture and a braai (BBQ) on the balcony. We offer a no contact check-in and check-out with no staff on the premises. No bookings accepted after 4.30pm weekdays and weekends. After making payment you will be sent the key-box code by SMS on your day of arrival, allowing you to access the apartment (please ensure you provide us with a local mobile number). When you leave, simply lock the front door and leave the key in the key-box. The main lights in the bedrooms are fitted with emergency lights that still work during loadshedding. The same globes are fitted to the lamp in the lounge. The complex offers 24-hour security and an electric fence, as well as a pool for our guests to enjoy. The unit has two parking bays marked 70, one covered and one open, making it easy to park your vehicles. The apartment is fibre-connected with a TV connection. This booking is only for the number guests booked and paid for. Only guests booked are allowed on the property. Accommodaton Establishment Please note that the Apartment is self-catering therefore we only provide a starter kit of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), washing-up liquid, coffee, sugar, tea, salt. Linen Change - linen will be changed on the 5th day of the stay and the apartment will also be serviced. Towels - each guest is provided with a towel. Towels will be changed on the 3rd day of your stay. Please bring your own towels for use at the beach. Laundry - there is a washing machine in which you can wash clothing. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Rules to be adhered to: 1. No loud noise after 10pm (we need to consider the neighbours) 2. No parties or loud music at all. 3. For reservation of 2 guests only - should you book for 2 guests where each guest requires their own room please advise us of this. We only unlock available bedrooms according to the number of guests booked.
