Resting on a hill above Central Beach and the Beacon Island Hotel the 100 year old Ou Kliphuis and its guest apartments showcase a mesmerising view across the bay all the way to Keurboomstrand and with the stoic Tsitsikamma mountains standing tall in the distance. Accommodation is offered in 3 individually furnished guest apartments, each with their own private entrance. Plettenberg Bay, nicknamed Plet or Plett, is a seaside town on the Garden Route in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. The sandy Central Beach and Lookout Beach both have surf breaks. To the south, Robberg Nature Reserve is a rocky peninsula with trails and the Stone Age Nelson Bay Caves. Northeast are Birds of Eden, a free-flight bird sanctuary in indigenous forest, and an elephant sanctuary. Whales come near the coast in migration season.
