Elandela Private Game Reserve is a privately owned wilderness adjacent to one of the world’s most famous game reserves: South Africa’s Kruger National Park! Our huge private reserve allows its Owners to pursue their White Rhinoceros and White Lion protection programs and is fundamental to Elandela Lodges’ objective of raising global awareness of the threats to the future existence of these magnificent members of Africa’s big five! By offering two different lodges on the same private reserve, Elandela Lodges endeavor to provide viable options to the ever more specific needs of the ever more eco educated photo safari traveler. Managing our two lodges – Elandela Lake View Lodge hosting up to 16 guests in Luxurious Suites specially designed for romantic celebrations and Elandela River View Lodge hosting up to 26 guests in Large Suites specifically designed for families and groups – personally, we are proud to showcase the elegance and tranquility of Elandela Lake View Lodge and Elandela River View Lodge to our guests! Elandela Private Game Reserve is adjacent to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport and less than an hour's drive from Orpen Gate - the closest entrance to Kruger National Park - albeit that Elandela Private Game Reserves borders onto the Kruger National Park open area.
