Galileo Farm warmly welcomes you to enjoy our fully equipped self-catering chalets, stunning Holiday House (fully fenced) and two guest rooms, nestled on a peaceful 38-hectare apple farm. Our main dam is perfect for a refreshing swim, and bass fishing is also encouraged. There is a rowing boat and picnic table at the dam for your enjoyment. We are pet-friendly, and the area offers excellent opportunities for mountain biking, trail hiking, and leisurely walks. Self-Catering Cottages: - **Coots Cottage**: Accommodates 2 adults. - **Fish Eagle Lodge**: Features two separate en-suite bedrooms, accommodating 4 guests. - **The Shack**: Suitable for 2 adults, with an option for a sleeper couch to accommodate a third person upon request. - **Lemon & Lime Guest Rooms**: Each room sleeps 2 adults. - **The Road House**: Comfortably accommodates 6 adults in three bedrooms and includes 2 bathrooms. The Elgin Valley is a vast environment with plenty of outdoor attractions, from cycle races to open gardens, wine farms such as Oak Valley, South Hill, Charles Fox, Almenkerk and Paul Cluver, wedding venues, lovely restaurants, the Elgin Railway Market, and nature walks. Apple farming is all around and there is fresh produce at all farm stalls such as Peregrine, The Orchard and Houw Hoek.
