Houtbosdorp
Houtbosdorp is nestled against the Magaliesberg mountain range with beautiful mountain views, a garden is full of wild birds and amazing trees of all kinds, making it a great place for people who want to get together in a groups or couples and families. Guests have a choice of cosy wooden cabins that can accommodate between 2 to 4 people. The cabins are furnished with a combination of comfortable double or queen-size beds with single beds or queen-size or double beds with bedding and each cabin has a fan in summer, an oil heater in winter, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The cabins have private braai facilities for guests to use. The cabins share the use of a communal kitchen with a stove and ablution facilities with bush showers and outside toilets. Bomas, lapas, a children’s play area and 2 splash pools are available for guests to use.
Area Info
The little town of Broederstroom is roughly 40 min drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria and a few kilometers from Hartbeespoort dam. There is no shortage of activities and places to visit when staying in Broederstroom. The Lesedi cultural village, just down the road from Houtbosdorp offers an African cultural village experience complete with dance displays, craft market and restaurants, the lion and safari park to explore are only 15km from our door step.
