Lemon and Blue Guest House offers luxurious accommodations on a lush property, perfect for both leisure and business travellers. The two-sleeper rooms are furnished with your choice of a double or a queen bed. Our family room is equipped with a queen bed, a single bed, and a convenient sofa bed. Each room includes a private bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and wash basin; please note that some bathrooms offer a shower only, while others include both a shower and a bath. Welkom, South Africa's youngest town - it received city status only in 1955 - is the hub of the Free State gold fields, about 160 kilometres northeast of Bloemfontein.
Directly translated from the Afrikaans or Dutch, Welkom means 'welcome', and the town emerged after the discovery of gold in the area.
