L'Escapade is a self-catering vacation home located in the quiet security estate, Imhoff's Gift. We have gone for a rather minimal look to give more of a relaxed atmospheret and to enhance the beauty of the landscape that surrounds us. This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an open-plan living area, a covered swimming pool, washing machine, back up fridge/freezer, solar power with a 10kW battery, aircon, and free Wi-Fi access. Imhoff's Gift is a security estate with guards 24/7, and a big wall with cameras and electric fencing, to ensure your security. Neighbours are often seen walking on the trails by the lakes or to the beach, and kids love riding bikes on the neighbourhood roads (drive slow) and to the park. Imhoff's farm village is a 2 minute drive up the road and has plenty to offer for family activities. Alternatively you can walk to the farm village (10 min), or the beach (20 min), by the trails in the estate, and past the field with horses. As the bird flies we are only 1.8km from the beach, on a calm evening you can hear the waves crash and smell the salty air. Cape Town International Airport is 48 km away

The area boasts well-known tourist attractions such as Imhoff Farm, Slangkop Lighthouse, Kommetjie Beach and Long Beach, with excellent crayfishing opportunities, and great surf!
