Lion's Lair

Lion's Lair, sleeping 10 guest, is situated next to the Crocodile River within the quiet beauty of Marloth Park. It is the ideal bushveld getaway to nature-loving groups visiting this scenic part of Mpumalanga. Lion's Lair is extremely private, as it is situated in the middle of 4 stands, adjoining a municipal parkland. The waterhole is situated in view of the pool and lounge area. A birders paradise. Rare buck species such as njala, shy animals such as duiker, bush babies and large spotted genets visit the Lair often.

Please note, No more guests than 10 people allowed at any time at the Lair and no music. A Peace officer will visit the lair to explain the rules of the park. The lair may not be used for a gathering at all even if the other guests booked another establishment as well. No pets are allowed.

Lion's Lair offers four en-suite Chalets separated from the main dwelling. Chalet 1, 3 & 4 have double beds and Chalet 2 has 2 bunkbeds sleeps 4. a Sleeper couch in the safari room sleeps 2. Extra beds can be arranged for small kids sharing with parents.
