Suikerbekkie: This cosy cottage has an extra-length queen-size bed and an en-suite with a spa bath and a separate shower. The kitchen has a 4-plate gas stove with an electric oven, a Bosch fridge-freezer, an ice machine, a 10-litre filtered water glass dispenser, and a large verandah with patio furniture and BBQ/braai facilities. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Piet My Vrou: This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main room has 1 extra-length queen-size bed, and the 2nd and 3rd rooms each contain 2 single beds. The unit has a full kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, and a verandah with a BBQ/braai area. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Hoep Hoep: This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. There is 1 single bed in the living area. The unit features a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a living area with a fireplace, and a verandah with patio furniture and stunning views of the mountains. Wag ‘n Bietjie: This holiday house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground level has an extra-length queen-size bed in the 1st room, and the 2nd room offers a standard double bed; there is 1 bathroom on this level that has a bath only. The mezzanine level has 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a shower. The top level has 2 single beds. The house features a full kitchen, a living area with 1 single bed, a fireplace, and a verandah overlooking the boma/braai area. The unit is 20 m from the shared pool and outdoor shower. Area Info

Venterskroon is a small town established for its mining value. It is situated in the North West Province of South Africa. It is part of the Tlokwe Municipality in the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District.

Still, the town has retained its historical charisma, even boasting some of the original buildings of the 1900s. These include the Dutch Reformed Church (officially completed in 1888), the Imperial Inn (Venterskroon Inn) and the house that accommodated the original schoolmaster and mining commissioner.

Significantly, Venterskroon is home to the Vredefort Dome, which is one of the largest meteorite impact structures in the world.
