Mountain View, in the central western part of Pretoria, is neighbour to Parktown Estate, Suiderberg and Daspoort Estate and lies in the crook of the R80, or John Vorster Road, as it veers north out of Roseville. It lies like a comforter up against the Magaliesberg Mountains on the other side of Paul Kruger Street from Wonderboom South, a good spot to base yourself if the centre of Pretoria is your destination - only 17 minutes' drive away.
