Marloth Park, located in the heart of the Wild Frontier in Mpumalanga, is the quintessential South African bushveld experience, a unique blend of town and nature conservancy nestled along the border of the iconic Kruger National Park.

Nearly half the town is untouched parkland, offering visitors the chance to spot four of the Big Five: lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino, with elephants often visible just across the river in Kruger. With over 350 bird species, it’s also a birdwatcher’s paradise, especially from September to March when migratory birds arrive.

Adventurers can explore 4x4 trails, guided game drives, bush walks, quad biking, microlight flights, mountain biking, horse riding, and hiking. Despite its wild nature, Marloth Park provides essential amenities, including a restaurant, petrol station, liquor store, bakery, curio shop, and laundry – making it an ideal base for an authentic African bush experience.
