Toshi's Lodge offers beautiful and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Richmond. Their suites, cottages and rooms are thoughtfully appointed with amenities designed to ensure a relaxed stay, truly feeling like a home away from home. The accommodation at Toshi's Lodge caters to various needs, with options for both two-sleeper and four-sleeper rooms, suites and cottages. For two guests, rooms, suites and cottages are furnished with either double or king-size beds. These units offer private bathrooms, some with a shower only, and others providing the added convenience of both a shower and a bath. Our four-sleeper rooms and cottages are furnished with a combination of double and single beds. Guests in four-sleeper rooms will find a shared bathroom with a shower, while those in four-sleeper cottages will enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom with a shower. For your convenience and comfort, each cottage includes a full kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, bar fridge, and coffee and tea making amenities – alongside a relaxed sitting area. Guests staying in our suites and rooms have access to a shared communal kitchen and dining area. You can also enjoy our refreshing swimming pool and comfortable outdoor seating areas.
Area Info
The town of Richmond lies in the Natal Midlands, and is roughly an hour-and-a-half's drive from Durban, using the R56 off near Camperdown on the N3, to get there. The little town is rather unglamorously described, together with Ladysmith, as well-known for mixed agriculture.
Which, in essence, serves as a centre for farmers in the district. Farmers who grow and raise timber, sugarcane, tea, citrus, peaches, maize and vegetables, poultry, pigs and cattle.
