Blouberg Heights 201 is a spacious 115m², sea-facing and mountain-facing apartment with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a sundowner viewpoint, fibre internet (free Wi-Fi), DSTV, and power backup during loadshedding. The building itself is situated about 50m from the beach in a secure, well-maintained residential complex with recycling facilities, a laundry room, and a communal BBQ (braai) area with a garden for children to play. The building has wheelchair-friendly elevator access and free parking on a first-come-first-serve basis. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited in Blouberg Heights 201 and the rest of the building. We also don't allow loud music, parties and any other noise disturbances at any time, since Blouberg Heights is a residential building.
