Choose between Pomegranate Homestead for families and larger groups, and Witkruis, Baboon's Gift and Rooipensie Cottages, each with its own breathtaking views, own private plunge pool, large covered or enclosed verandas, indoor and outdoor braai facilities/fire place, gas and solar powered fully equipped kitchens (no conventional electricity, except for charging phones, tablets and cameras). All the bedrooms are elegantly furnished, each with it's own flavour and style, and fully equipped with towels and quality linen. Buitenstekloof Mountain Cottages offers various activities on and around the farm. Early morning and just before sunset you may encounter the klipspringer pair or other small game coming down to the water. Birdwatchers will enjoy viewing the nearly 100 different bird species on the farm, ranging from the Witkruis arend to the lovely suikerbekkie. Or watch the antics of our 4-footed friends as they roam the mountains.. Enjoy various kloofing and hiking trails, cycling on the various farm roads and in the kloof (bring your own bike).
